 On these pages there are some very trick Honda's. Some of them have never been seen before.  American Honda's Dave Arnold has provided some insight to these unbelievable bikes. Photos provided by Isamu Shiohata.

 Page 1 & 2_1980 RC250MT twin cylinder with Ribi forks - Never raced outside of Japan.

 Page 3_1981 RC250MT twin cylinder with conventional forks - Never raced outside of Japan.

 Page 3_1981 RC250M - single cylinder - Similar to the ones raced in the US.

 Page 4_1982 RC250M - This bike is different to the ones races in the US. Note the tank and radiator shrouds.

 Page 4_1983 RC250M - This bike is very similar to the ones that were raced in the US.

 Page 5_1984 RC125M - Note the rotary valve on top of the motor. This featured  two rotary disks that simultaneously varied the intake and exhaust timing as the RPM changed. This bike was tested in the US but was only raced in Japan

 Page 6_1985 RC250M - This bike featured an electronic power-valve. This bike is very similar to the ones that were raced in the US.

 Page 7_1986 RC125M - This is a full works 125. It was never raced in the US due to the production rule.

 Page 7_1986 RC250M - This is just like Rick Johnson's Championship MX and SX bike.
